Mission

Your role is to Manage the complete immigration process for all Ambatovy Expatriate Assignees and their dependents in Madagascar to assure compliance with Malagay lawand expatriate policies, and with budgetary constraints. You will also perform a wide variety of para-professional duties in support of Human Resources functions and provide technical and para-professionnal assistance to senior level staff.

Your profile

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality ;
• Strong interpersonal capacity, customer service oriented ;
• Able to make quick and sound analysis and judgment to anticipate and diagnose problems, identify possible solutions ;
• Ability to read, understand, interpret, and explain services, policies, procedures, and technical terminology related to human resources to apply them to specific situations ;
• With strong organizational skill to compile and categorize data and information, compose technical reports and update a variety of hard copy and electronic records ;
• Proficiency with IT tools ( Microsoft Office, Internet) ;
• Fluency in English and French required ( read, written and spoken);
• At least 02 years‘ successful experience in a similar posiiton ;
• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
